• Printer Offline test page

The Printer Offline test page (offline self-check page) refers to a test page that the printer prints out without connecting to the computer.

Function: Mainly used to detect whether the internal hardware mechanism of the printer is working properly. This operation does not detect the connection status of the port and the printer to the computer.

Cartridge cleaning must be done through the printer software. Select "Service" in "Printing preferences" and select "Clean print Cartridge" to complete.

The Printer Offline test page does not pass what should be done?

　How to check the printed cartridge cleaning proofs?

• Compare the printed colors correctly. You can check the color of the ink cartridge cleaning proofs to determine if the ink cartridge is missing color. If the basic color of the ink cartridge cleaning proofs is changed, it is treated as a bias color.

O usually black in the case of a black cartridge;

o Color ink cartridges will have "yellow/magenta/cyan" 3 kinds of color;

• See if the line is disconnected. If there are many, the number of nozzles that do not work is too large, which can affect the printing effect.

After several cartridges have been cleaned and still invalid, it should be treated as a cartridge problem. Also pay attention to the validity period on the back of the cartridge body.

1. Original ink cartridges are not ink. If it is a color cartridge, it is possible that a color has been exhausted.

2. There is a problem with the original cartridge you just bought.
