HP M425 How to scan email?

HP M425 set the way to scan e-mail

First, in the EWS to do Address Book settings enter contact name, e-mail address, click Add Edit:

Click New Group, Edit group:

Second, the printer on the scan

1. Click Scan:

2. Click Scan to email

3. Click on the communication book (can also click to send e-mail direct scan)

4. Click on a separate setting to set up your personal email address

5. Add new person (name can only be entered in English when setting on the printer)

6. Add Group settings

7. Select members of the group

8. After Setup, return to the interface to send e-mail

9. Select a name that was set up in EWS before

10. The recipient can select an individual or group to send an email.

　　Note: If there is an invalid email address in the group, or if it cannot be sent successfully, the following prompts are available. Press OK to exit.
