HP printer cannot print on both sides

Cannot print collate on duplex

When you print multiple copies of a document on both sides, clearly has been selected to collate the print, but still a sheet out, such as printing 5 copies, the first out of 5, the second one out of 5, the third one out of 5 ..., after the play will be a new point, very troublesome.
