HP will upgrade the ProCurve switch product line this week

HPProCurve is expected to launch new cabling room switches, lan aggregation switches and core switches this week. The new product targets organizations that require Gigabit, Ethernet power supply, and switch-based traffic management and security functions.

The ProCurveSwitch5400 chassis switch and Switch3500 stack switch have three-speed Ethernet ports and support Ethernet power supply. The new network processor can run service quality, network access control, and other policy execution functions more quickly.

The 4200 chassis switch is a two-layer LAN edge switch designed for cabling room port deployment. It can provide basic connections at a low price.

For aggregation and core switching, HPProCurve released the 6200 switch. The 6200 switch is a three-tier switch with 24 ports that can be exchanged between copper cables, optical fiber cables, or hybrid cables. The vswitch can also add four 10 Gbit/s Ethernet modules.(
