HTML and CSS

HTML is used to make frame structure, CSS for typesetting.

HTML is like the main frame of a house, and CSS is the interior wall-frame window. Only the main frame can play the role of CSS in this foundation.

To make a good web page, the structure must be ready. The structure of a clear, primary and secondary order, to better facilitate their own next step to work.
