HTML Web design: Remove IE scroll bar

Made a page, the same size as the desktop resolution, but in IE full screen (F11) But the display has a scroll bar, and Firefox does not. How to remove IE scroll bar? In fact, there is a property can be resolved.

Method 2: Use style sheet overflow
