HTTP error 500.0-internal Server error d:\...php-cgi.exe path)-FastCGI process exited unexpectedly

On a new server, install a new Web site that was previously placed on only one site. is a server vendor configured, non-integrated environment.

A new station was added and the path was set up, but there was a 500 error during the visit. Hint seems to be PHP problem, but before the site, running is discuz, everything is normal, add a new site on the error. The same error is performed with the Phpinfo statement.

After some Baidu, the solution is as follows.

Open IIS, Application pool. Select Set application pool default settings on the right.

In the pop-up window, locate the logo and click on the small square on the right.

Change the value to LocalSystem. Restart IIS to resolve.
