HTTP status 503-servlet action is currently unavailable Solution

In the Struts framework application beginner, to jump through the struts-config.xml, sometimes will produce such an error:

HTTP status 503-servlet action is currently unavailable

Description The requested service (servlet action is currently unavailable) is not currently available.

Cause: Many people add only the Struts. jar package in the WEB-INF/lib/(many struts entry instances on the Internet only mention the Struts. jar package ).

Solution: add the commons-beanutils.jar, commons-digester.jar and so on to the WEB-INF/lib/, you can jump to the normal.
