Environment: Host Machine windows 8.1, virtual machine: windows 8.1

Hardware: Laptop, wireless network, no wired network configuration not set first

1. Install hyperv, control panel -- programs and functions -- enable or disable windows functions -- select all content under Hyper-v.

2. Create a VM, as shown in figure

The second generation only supports windows 8, windows server 2012, and later versions.

 

The network is not configured here.

 

 

Set the Virtual Machine

After confirming, start the Virtual Machine and connect -- start

 

The error is shown in the figure. The error message is as follows: Boot Failed. efi scsi Device. boot Failed. the EFI Net work problem can be solved after a long time. It refers to a foreigner's article, which probably means that if you select a generation during installation, it will not be wrong, if you select the second generation, you should press a keyboard when installing the operating system on this page, for example, enter the Enter key to continue the installation. You can also decompress and modify the system disk. the efi file is then made into a system disk. You do not need to press any key in this step.

Force shut down the virtual machine, restart the system, and continue the installation. During this step, you must install the Enter key or other key in time.

This step is also different from the previous system impression. A disk is divided into four drive letters for different functions.

 

The system has been installed here. It takes a long time to connect to the Internet because it is a laptop and wireless. The next article will introduce how hyperv can access the Internet through a wireless Nic.
