Service integration bus is an early ibm esb product in WebSphere Application Server. Although it can be used as a development strategy, it is not recommended to use it. wesb (WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus) is recommended) the ESB service.
Wesb provides an ESB for IT environments built on open standards and SOA. Compared with sibus, wesb makes it easier to build an intermediate layer and easier to manage. It can develop intermediary functions in the early stage, provides a wider range of connections. WID provides a good development tool for wesb. It builds the mediation module to provide the ESB service, as shown in the wesb mediation model diagram below.
IBM's existing ESB products include:
WebSphere ESB
WebSphere Message Broker
WebSphere datapower
Mediation module is a special SCA module that establishes a bridge between SCA modules and between SCA and non-SCA modules. The mediation module can intercept and modify the messages transmitted between the service requestor (SCA export) and the service provider (SCA import) to reduce dependencies and coupling.
