After unloading the y470/y570 pre-installed Ric Intelligent Companion Random software, it is found that the Windows7 cover function disappears, as shown below:

Problem reason analysis:

Click on the "Guard" function tab in the random software RIC to achieve the cover alarm function. By default, the feature is turned off, and if it is turned on, it will be alerted when you close the notebook, and will automatically expire if the Windows system comes with a closed cover action (such as hibernation, sleep, no operation, shutdown, etc.). As shown in the following illustration: After uninstalling this software, the cover button will not be restored.

Operation Steps:

Enter the Device Manager, click on the "right" button with an exclamation point, and choose "Uninstall" as shown below:
