Idrac Server Remote Control settings

In general, the Idrac feature is turned off by default and we need to enable it in the BIOS, taking Dell server as an example

Set up

1. First we restart the computer, press F11 then enter the BIOS, select the System Setup option, and then select the Idrac setting option


2. After entering Idrac setting, there are a lot of detailed settings, in general, only need to set up network networks.


3. After setting up the network parameters of Idrac, open IE browser, enter the Idrac IP address and return


4. The login interface for Idrac is then available, we enter the default username "root" and the default password "Calvin" to log in, then login and set a new password to enter the Idrac interface Remote Management Server
