Install the. NET Core SDK and Runtime. Download URL Https://www.microsoft.com/net/download

Runtime Installation complete,aspnetcoremodule installed in IIS module

VS2017 publish the project to a local directory. such as E://iisweb/app

IIS creates a Web site. The network name App1, and the application pool App1 is also created automatically. Content Directory Select VS2017 published directory

Set Application pool basic settings and Advanced Settings

Select basic settings and modify the. NET CLR version to "unmanaged code"

Select Advanced Settings. Set identity as LocalSystem

Set up a Web site log. Check the APP1 website and find the log on the right. In the log event target , select the log file and the ETW event after the application

Complete the IIS publication and open the Web site normally.
