This verse is about the corona (Halo) filter command. This is a cool effect, I think we can use it to produce a very beautiful or very strange effect, it is amazing.

1, first of all to understand some of the filter parameter options.
(1), Glow width (luminous breadth). I think there is no need to explain this.
(2), Flare size (the amount of light). It should be noted that this parameter is for the fluctuation of light, the smaller the number, the more visible the fluctuation of light, the more blurred the contrary.
(3) Stretch (Extension of light). Randomly changing the direction of light fluctuations.
(4) Waver (fluctuation of light). I think this parameter is a parameter of the display effect! By adjusting it, we can make the light ripple effect, the smaller the number, the more the fluctuation of light, conversely, the less.
(5) Blur (fuzzy degree of light). The default is zero, so we can see the effect of the light emitting and fluctuating, and if we adjust the value to the end, we can only see a halo of light.
(6), overall Opacity (overall opacity). I don't think it's necessary to explain this.
(7), color project is used to specify the color of the light, the only thing that makes me feel regret is that if it can specify a variety of colors as a light-emitting body is better.

2. The most important explanation here is the following two items:
(1), Draw only ..... (produces a luminous effect only on the outside of the image). By checking the item, the image itself is clearly visible, and the entire glow effect is done behind the image. See Figure 2.
(2), Radiate form ... (The hair line spreads around the center of the Element). The entire light effect spreads from the center of the image to the perimeter.
In addition to the two display methods mentioned above, there are two other types of one is that two items are all checked out, then it will be based on the first item, as shown in Figure 2; the second is that two items are not selected, I think this effect is the coolest, it completely covers the original elements, Let's look at the turbulent airflow that spreads around us.

Finally, let's take a look at some simple effects made with this filter. Please forgive me for being so rough!


This verse is about the cutout (knockout) filter effect. In my sense, the filter is not very useful, it is the same as the inner shadow in the FW Effects panel list, and after my test I found there was no obvious difference between them. In a more concise way, I think the inner shadow is better. At least it saves memory.

(1) A direction item with elliptic coordinates is used to control the direction of the knockout part. hollowing out sounds awkward, or it's called Inner shadow better!
(2) The distance item is used to control the distance between the knockout part and the initial element. The smaller the number, the smaller the distance and the larger the opposite.
(3) The opacity item is used to control the opacity of the knockout part. The smaller the number, the greater the transparency and the smaller the contrast.
(4) The color of the Shadow color item to specify the knockout part. It has been clearly shown here, in fact, the so-called hollow, is the shadow.
The following items are more effective, but also show the built-in Shadow with the FW effect of the difference, because it for any element, vector or bitmap, all play the same role.
(5), fill with solid color (fill fixed color). For example, we import a picture, when the filter effect is executed, check the item, and specify that a color can replace the original image to make it a basic shape. If a color graphic has been specified, the same can be replaced by its original color.
(6), Keep original image (keep the original images). In contrast to the previous argument, you can use this item to add an inner shadow to the original color of the graphic image.
(7), make selection transparent (making transparent effect). Check this to discard the original color of the graphic image to make the background color of the scene reflected.
Finally, it is still the settings menu, where we can save, modify, and manage some of the effect commands built into the filter. And you can select a command in the following list of commands to apply directly to the element.
