Let's start our tutorial now.
First step:
We will begin our first task with the Avatar, we use the Rectangle tool (in parentheses for the shortcut keys, below). The rectangular shortcut key is m) makes a light pink rectangle with a 65*80 pixel, keeping the rectangle selected. Go to Object > path > Add anchor points. You will notice that there are new anchor points on the edges of each rectangle.

Second Step
Continue using object > Path > Add anchor points. Adds two dots to each edge of the rectangle. We don't need to use the anchor points above, so we delete them.
With the direct selection tool (a) Select the left and right third point (one for each) that needs to be removed and then click Delete in the top control panel.
Now let's create a facial contour. Select the two-terminal anchor point on the edge of the rectangle below. Tap the return button on the keyboard to open the Move window. The horizontal value is set to 0 pixels and the vertical value to 25 pixels (25 pixels up in the anchor point) is 25px (move anchor Point 25 pixels). Form the chin, click OK.

Step Three:
If you want to make your chin wider or narrower, select an anchor point and then hit enter, opening the move window so that the selected point is left and right. For example, move the right point to the left, select the right point, and then set the horizontal value to 5 pixels. In the same vein, move the left point to the right, and select the left point horizontal value to 5 pixels. In this way we can move these two points closer together.
Use the real-time corner function to make the face better and smoother. Using the Direct (A) Selection tool, select the live Corner, and then drag any rounded markers (that is, when you select an angled anchor point, there is a middle solid, a point with a circle outside, and the point is selected so that it is closer to the center.) (This feature is not in the old version of AI)
If you are using an older version of Adobe Illustrator, you can use the effect > Style > Style > Fillet to achieve the same function. The only difference is that you can't choose a corner to change. He will make all the horns change. You can use the eraser (shift+e) to finish.

Fourth Step
Let's start by adding noses.
Use the rectangular tool (M) to make a 9*20 pixel pink rectangle as his nose and then turn it round. (as in the previous step of making a face). Or use the rounded rectangle tool directly to create the entire shape.
Make sure your nose and face are centered, select the nose and face with the selection tool (V), press ALT and click the face, and you will see the selection box around the face. This means that the face is now a key object. (All other objects will be aligned with him) now find the horizontal center alignment of the Ziri in the Top property panel. It's great, the nose is right in the middle of the face.

Fifth Step
Let's add a beard. Make a brown shape with a 30*10 px size. Select, mouse click, right button, arrange > Move one layer (control-[). Place him under the nose.

Sixth step
Check the brown beard. The left one anchor point, hit enter, set the horizontal value of 10px, vertical value: 0 px. To get this point closer to the nose, repeat the same action on the other side of the beard at the anchor point. This time the set level value is: -10px. Finally, use the real-time corner function to make the beard under the part of a gentle rounded corner. (Look at the picture, you'll be easy to understand.)

Seventh Step
Use the rounded rectangle function to make a small shape to serve as the lip below. Placed beneath the beard (control+[). Align the face with the horizontal centering of the panel.

8th Step
Use the Oval tool (L) to make a 8*8 px white eyeball, then place a smaller (6*6 px) Brown circle as the iris.
Add a small white circle as a high light and move two eyes to the right place.

9th step
Let's make a helmet that will protect the workers ' heads. Draw a 65*19 px orange rectangle at the top of the head, select the anchor point above with the Direct selection tool (A) and drag the real round angle downward to make the hat circle.

10th Step
Let's add our hair. Use a rectangular tool (M) to make a vertical narrow bar on the left side of the face as the sideburns. Using the direct Selection tool (A), select the anchor point on the right to make this corner smooth.
Left sideburns selected, double-click the Mirror Tool (O) to flip the vertical axis, copy the sideburns, and then paste on the right side of the face.

11th Step
Let's modify the bottom of the helmet to add a visor. Find the point at the bottom of the crest through the sideburns. Then use the Pen tool (P) to make a new anchor point. Do the same action on the right. You can turn on smart guides, Views > Smart Guides (You can mark intersections)
Finally, select the newly created point with the direct Selection tool (A) and hit the ENTER key to open the mobile window. Set the horizontal move value to 0 px, move the value 5 px vertically, and finally move the anchor points (as shown below).

12th Step
Now let's add a brim bar. Make a light orange rectangle to connect his top and helmet. This is handy with smart guides, view > Smart Guides.
Select the bottom left anchor point, using the Move tool, set the horizontal move value: px, the vertical value of 0 px to make him move to the right.
Repeat the same action on the anchor point on the other side, but this time it moves to the left. Finally drag the bottom anchor point a little, if you want to make this brim wider. Use the real-time corner function to make this bottom corner more rounded.

13th step
Using Rounded Rectangle tool, make a 7*30 px narrow vertical bar at the top of the helmet. Align to the top of the helmet with the alignment to the key object's function.
Add a vertical bar to each side of the first vertical bar. Then use the alignment panel to make these vertical bars have the same spacing.
Select the vertical bars, and then click Align to the selected object in the Alignment panel, and click Align Center horizontally. And then it's done.

14th Step
Using Rounded Rectangle tool, this time let's make ears. Make a 11*23 px pink rectangle on the left side of the head. Then put him in the end (shift+control+[). Press Alt+shift to copy one of the ears and drag it to the other side.

15th step
Make a 35*40 px rectangle as the neck. Fill this rectangle with a light gray skin color that must be distinguished from the skin color of the face. Let the bottom of the neck have a little rounded corners.
Then let's continue to design the worker's clothes. Make a 90*70 px dark blue rectangle as a T-shirt. Make two extra anchor points around the neck and T-shirt cross. Hold down SHIFT and select the anchor on the other side, and press a few more down arrows on the keyboard to form the shoulders.

16th step
Let's go on making workers ' clothes. Place two light orange strips on the shoulders, edit groups (control+g) and align them with t-shirts as key objects. Add a rectangle to the chest as well. Then flatten all the orange parts in the pathfinder. Merge them into one image.
Then click on the object > path > Add anchor points, select new anchor points in the middle area of the neck of the overalls, drag down to form a V-shaped shape.

17th Step
Use the real-time rotation function, so that the corner of the work clothes has a slight rounded angle range. Now we're going to remove the outer part of the T-shirt to match the shape of the T-shirt and overalls.
Select the two graphics and use the Path Generation tool (Shift+m). Press ALT to remove the outer part of the T-shirt. Finally, on the workers ' shoulders, add two lighter light strips that depict the reflective bands.

18th Step
Let's make a flat button.
Use (control+a) to select all graphic elements, copy and copy (CONTROL+C>CONTROL+F), and click the Merge button in the Pathfinder to form a separate silhouette.

19th Step
Select the Line tool () and draw a vertical line on the outline. Select the line and contour lines, use the contour as the key object, and align it horizontally.
Keep the two selected and click the Detach function in the Pathfinder to split the silhouette into two parts.

20th Step
Remove the left half and adjust the blending mode and transparency in the transparency panel for the remaining half. You can adjust the color projection in the color stencil to make him lighter or heavier, or change their transparency in the transparency template.

21st Step
Ah, it's like we forgot our eyebrows. Let's go back to the face, draw a circle around the eye, and set it to dark brown in the color stencil. With the Scissors tool (C) Click on the anchor point below to make this point separate from the circle and delete the bottom part.
Click on the stroke in the properties panel to increase the thickness of the eyebrows by setting a value of 2pt. Set ends and corners so that their shapes become rounded.

22nd Step
Keep your eyebrows selected and use the Eraser tool (Shift+e). Hold down the ALT key and drag to remove both ends of the eyebrows to make it shorter.

23rd step
Select the two anchor points on the edge of the blue T-shirt below and use the real-time corner function to make the shoulders better and smoother.

24th Step
The main part of our first cartoon head has been completed. Now we're going to do something by giving him a background and letting him have a full show. Create a 180px*180px circle with the Ellipse tool (L) and fill it with green. Copy one, and put it to the front. (shift+control+])
Finally, all the graphics are selected. Click the right mouse button to do a mask, to fix a cartoon head!
You can still double-click the image to enter isolation mode to edit it.

25th Step
The last step is longer, making a flattened projection. Make a large rectangle using the rectangular selection tool (M). Switch to mixed mode editing, reduce transparency, and then press shift to rotate 45 degrees.
Now you need to make the rectangle fit for the contour of our workers. Add additional anchor points with the Pen tool, and then use the direct selection tool to move them and hide unwanted parts underneath the characters.
Place the projection underneath the clipping mask and hide underneath the worker's image (using the layers panel below the projection).

Finally, a linear gradient is made using a projection, which is transparent from dark green to white and diagonally placed. Change the blending mode of the projection through the gradient tool (G) to blend it with the background.
