Operation Steps

In addition to being able to get data from the local machine, we can import data from the network into Excel and keep it up to date with the network.

Below, we import the NBA ranking data into Excel:

Connect your computer to the network, open Excel, perform the data → import external data → new Web query command, open the New Web Query dialog box, enter the appropriate URL into the address bar, press the Go button, and connect to the network.

Select the area you want to import, and then press the Import button and the data will be imported into Excel.

When you open the appropriate workbook document later, the system automatically updates the data, remembering that you must ensure that your computer is connected to the network.
