Project Scope Management
Project scope management ensures that the project contains and contains only the work that the project must complete. (Product range and project scope)
Project scope management includes five management processes:
1, Scope management planning: How to define, test, control scope, how to create a work breakdown structure (WBS).
2, scope definition: The preparation of a detailed project scope statement as the basis for future project decisions.
3. Create a work breakdown structure (WBS): Divide the project's main deliverables and project work into smaller, more manageable parts.
4, Scope Confirmation: Formally accept the completed project scope
5, Scope Control: Control the scope of the project changes.
Why the change arose
1, the project external environment changes, such as government policy issues
2, the project scope of planning is not carefully detailed, there are certain errors or omissions
3, the emergence of new technologies, means or programmes
4, the project implementation of the organization itself has changed
5, customer requirements for the project, project products or services have changed.
