Requires oracle11g installation package, PL/SQL Developer, and instantclient_11_2

1.oracle Click Install (need to pay attention to change the administrator password);

2. Copy the network folder under the F:\app\Administrator\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1 directory to the root directory of instantclient_11_2 and instantclient_11_ 2 the folder that covers the PL/SQL system file name.

3. Do not login open PL/SQL Developer, select Tools > Preferences, set OCI Library to OCI.dll path under Instantclient_11_2 directory, as.

4 Restart the PL/SQL developer to log in normally.
