Download the following file:
Http://www.osresources.com/files/CentOS-windows-fonts/fontconfig.tbz
You can also use the wget command or Firefox to download the file. Save the download to your desktop.
Open the terminal and enter the following command:
$ Sudo apt-get install msttcorefonts
This will download the following Microsoft fonts from sf and copy them to the system:
Andale Mono
Arial Black
Arial (Bold, Italic, Bold Italic)
Comic Sans Co., MS (Bold)
Courier New (Bold, Italic, Bold Italic)
Georgia (Bold, Italic, Bold Italic)
Impact
Times New Roman (Bold, Italic, Bold Italic)
Trebuchet (Bold, Italic, Bold Italic)
Verdana (Bold, Italic, Bold Italic)
Webdings

Then enter the following command in the terminal:
$ Cd ~ /Desktop
$ Sudo tar xvjpf fontconfig. tbz-C/etc/fonts/
