Install elasticsearch-1.7.1 under Windows

Download the latest Elasticsearch installation version first. I use the latest version of elasticsearch-1.7.1.

Https://www.elastic.co/downloads/elasticsearch

After the download is complete. Unzip the installation directory.
on the cmd command line, go to the installation directory, then go to the Bin directory, run the Elasticsearch.bat command:
after successful startup. Enter in the browser: http://localhost:9200/

Indicates that the installation was successful.

Elasticsearch plug-in Elasticsearch-head installation:

elasticsearch-head is a elasticsearch cluster management tool, which is a standalone web program written entirely by HTML5, and you can integrate it into ES via plugins.

Enter the installation directory on the cmd command line, and then go to the Bin directory and run the following command:

Plugin-install Mobz/elasticsearch-head

then after the installation succeeds,there will be a folder for head in the \plugins directory. in the browser enter:http://localhost:9200/_plugin/head/, you can see the effect.

Elasticsearch plug-in Bigdesk installation:

Bigdesk is a cluster monitoring tool of Elasticsearch, which can be used to view the various states of ES cluster, such as CPU, memory usage, index data, search condition, HTTP connection number, etc.

Enter the installation directory on the cmd command line, and then go to the Bin directory and run the following command:

Plugin-install Lukas-vlcek/bigdesk

Then after the installation succeeds, enter in the browser: http://localhost:9200/_plugin/bigdesk/, you can see the effect.
