First of all, tell me about my death experience.

Probably more than a year ago, I installed the Ubuntu system in my own win8.1 system, has been able to run normally, usually most of the time in win8.1, rarely go to Ubuntu, installed Ubuntu just to pack a wave ~ ~ ~

Later upgrade Win0 after a few extra items in the win Startup items, looking at the unsightly (in fact, there is no impact), they want to remove all of them, and then find the method online,, I chose to use EASYBCD, a powerful software, this is the beginning of the tragedy, I accidentally put win10 the startup items to delete, Ah, that's how the tragedy happened.

At first I was able to go to the Ubuntu system to browse the files in win, that is, my data has not been lost, and then re-installed WIN10 Professional version, accidentally put all the data in the tray, including the previous installed Ubuntu, Ah! My heart is a rush, don't ask me how to do, is the hands of the cheap.

As the next learning Plan required Ubuntu, it was decided to install the dual system again.

Two, two system installation

Many installation tutorials are led by Ubuntu through the win launcher, today we come to realize win boot Ubuntu.

Then why use win to guide Ubuntu?

Unbuntu guidance is the simplest and most foolish method, but he has his faults. Maintenance is troublesome when starting a problem, and it's all a headache for sudo code. Windows system boot is relatively convenient, such as when you do not want Ubuntu, the disk Management directly in the window to delete the partition it is located, and then delete its boot in the EASYBCD line, does not affect your Windows system, That's why a lot of pros don't use Ubuntu to boot Windows.

    1. Partition the hard disk into an empty zone install Ubuntu (I scratched 50G)
    2. Make USB boot tool (recommended ultraliso--soft disc pass)
    3. Restart PC settings USB key for first boot
    4. Restart the Ubuntu installation screen
    • Select language
    • Choose to install Ubuntu
    • Go straight ahead.
    • Select "Other options" to continue
    • This is partitioned, that is, in the previously divided 50G space to the Ubuntu partition.
        • First Partition: Point "+"--mount point: "/"--Size: 22000mb--new partition type: Primary partition-New partition location: Idle start location-for: EXT4 log file system.
        • Second partition: Do not set mount point; Size: 2048MB; logical partition; idle start position; for: Swap space
        • Third Partition: mount point: "/boot"; size: 200MB; idle in fact location; EST4 log File system
        • Fourth partition: mount point: "/home"; Size: all remaining space; logical partition; idle start position; EXT4 log file system;
    • First, look at the number of the "/boot" partition you created, such as "Sda6", then select "Sda6" in the " device to install boot area " drop-down option box below, if this step is ignored, You're using the Ubuntu system to boot Windows.
    • Next to the general installation of Ubuntu, fool-type next.
    • When Ubuntu is installed, it goes directly to the Windows system when it restarts, because we've got its boot in the/boot partition. Next, use EASYBCD to create a startup item for it.
    • Open EASYBCD, choose Add New entry, select Linux/bsd,name there to fill out Ubuntu (self-filled). Device (drive) This column selects the "/boot" Partition we just created (200MB that). Finally click on Add entry (add entry)
    • Get
