Install lxml error error:unable to find Vcvarsall.bat under Windows

Just started the installation, I was using the command pip install lxml directly to install, but the error

Solution:

1. First install WHEEL,PIP installed wheel

2. Download the corresponding. whl file here, http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#lxml

3. Enter the folder where the. WHL is located, execute the command to complete the installation: Pip install full file name with suffix

I downloaded: LXML-4.2.1-CP34-CP34M-WIN32.WHL

4. Install with PIP install LXML-4.2.1-CP34-CP34M-WIN32.WHL, if successful, perfect (5 will not see),

However, the error is still reported, and the following errors are quoted:

5. Change the file downloaded above to: LXML-4.2.1-CP34-NONE-WIN32.WHL (compared to: LXML-4.2.1-CP34-CP34M-WIN32.WHL)

Only need to modify cp34m to none and then install
