Install Python2 and Python3 at the same time, install the third party package, always error hint Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using ‘"‘ , it may be the environment variable conflict.

Workaround:

  1. is to move up and down in the environment variable path to adjust the two "pythonx/scripts" positions to the first two bits (which version is used in front);
  2. is to install using a different command python3 -m pip install requests .
