5. Install the package Control for easy download and installation of plugins

   : Https://github.com/wbond/sublime_package_control

   Hosted on GitHub, download the button directly by pressing the zip. After unpacking, change the folder name to "Package Control"(note: The first letter needs to be capitalized)

7. Click menu, Preferences, browse packages, open a folder, and copy the "package Control" file just below that directory.

9. Open the Sublime Text 3 Editor, in the menu->preferences->package settings and the package control options, to indicate that the install control was successful.

11. shortcut keys Ctrl+shift+p , enter  install check the install package and enter, type or select the plug-in you want to install (note the small text changes in the lower left corner, will prompt installation success). if installing   Emmet, enter Emmet.
