Install the flex plug-in eclipse

1. Download The Eclipse plug-in package: fb3_wwej_plugin.exe

2. Create a directory with the following structure in any directory: flex_plugin-> eclipse-> plugins and features

3. Go to the installation directory of flex builder 3 and copy all files or folders starting with COM. Adobe under the Plugins directory to the Plugins directory created above.

4. Go to the flex builder 3 installation directory and copy all files or folders starting with COM. Adobe under the features directory to the features directory created above.

5. Create a myplugins directory under eclipse3.3 and cut the flex_plugin directory to the myplugins directory.

6. create a links directory under eclipse3.3, and create a flex_plugin.link file under the links directory. Write: Path = eclipse_home // myplugins // flex_plugin to the file (this path is the actual path of the file)

7. Go to the installation directory of flex builder 3 and copy the sdks directory to other directories.

8. Open eclipse and go to window> preferences> flex> installed flex sdks. Set your flex SDK path.

These two days to learn flex, So I downloaded the flex builder 3.0 for eclipse plugin to prepare for installation.

1. Download and install eclipse 3.3 and decompress it to D: Program fileseclipse. The installation is successful.

2. Specify the eclipse installation path as D: Program fileseclipse to go to the next step.

3. Select whether to install the browser flash plyer 9 plug-in (optional)

It takes a little time to install it. You are waiting for it... there are some prompts that you don't need to worry about it.

After installing eclipse.exe, you won't be able to see Flex. I will help you solve this problem. ^_^

Iii. Greening flex builder this is the focus.

1. Set plug-ins, features, site. xml under D: Program fileseclipseflex buildercom. Adobe. flexbuilder. Update. Site

Copy to D: Program fileseclipse (If your eclipse directory already has a site. xml file, you only need to merge the feature content of the two files .)

2. Change the plugins and features under D: Program fileseclipseflex buildereclipse (if any, this is an update of eclipse)

Copy to D: Program fileseclipse

3. Copy D: Program fileseclipseflex buildersdks to D: Program fileseclipse

OK. The flex builder installation is complete. The next step is to start Elipse.

4. Configure flex.

In eclipse, click-> window-> preferences-> flex-> installed flex sdks

Modify the path of flex sdks 2.0 and flex sdks 3.0 to apply the settings.

5. Now your flex has started to work. But what should I do with the previously installed flex builder? haha.
