Install the tftp server in Ubuntu: Step 1: Install the relevant software sudoapt-getinstalltftpdtftpxinetd Step 2: configure the tftp file to create and add the tftp file, and edit sudovi/etc/xinetd. d/tftp copy the following content to the tftp file: servicetftp {socket_type = dgram & nb

Install the tftp server in Ubuntu:

Step 1:
Install related software
Sudo apt-get install tftpd tftp xinetd

Step 2:
Configure tftp-Related Files
Create and add a tftp file and edit it
Sudo vi/etc/xinetd. d/tftp
Copy the following content to the tftp file:
Service tftp
{
Socket_type = dgram
Protocol = udp
Wait = yes
User = root
Server =/usr/sbin/in. tftpd
Server_args =-s/tftpboot
Disable = no
Per_source = 11
CPIs = 100 2
Flags = IPv4
}

Step 3:
Create a folder named tftpboot in the/directory and grant permissions to it. The directory is the directory of the tftp server,
The files to be transmitted are stored in this directory.
Sudo mkdir tftpboot
Sudo chmod 777 tftpboot

Step 4:
Restart the server
Sudo/etc/init. d/xinetd restart
Complete
You can use commands to connect
Tftp [add-I to change transmission mode] [server IP address] get/put [file to be transferred]
