The installed version is
wampserver3_x86_apache2.4.17_mysql5.7.9_php5.6.15

Workaround, create a soft connection in a directory under Apache.

> C:\wamp\bin\apache\apache2.4.17\bin>mklink php.ini C:\wamp\bin\php\php5.6.15\phpForApache.ini

In addition, run Wamp requires administrator privileges, right-Wamp shortcut properties, "Shortcuts" tab, click Advanced, and then tick run as administrator.
