Internet dial-up connection icon does not display the workaround

The Internet dial-up connection icon does not display the following workaround:

Right-click the Network Neighborhood icon and execute the Properties command from the shortcut menu that pops up. In the Network Connections window that pops up, right-click the local Area Connection icon to perform the Properties command in the shortcut menu that pops up on the win7 system download, and select the last two check boxes in the Local Area Connection Properties dialog box as shown in figure (1) to figure (3) as shown.
