1, first download good Gradle-2.2.1-all.zip package, put in Myapp\platforms\android\gradle folder

2. Open Myapp\platforms\android\cordova\lib\builders\gradlebuilder.js File

3. Find the Cordova_android_gradle_distribution_url, as shown in

4, in DOS download first set CORDOVA_ANDROID_GRADLE_DISTRIBUTION_URL environment variable

Set cordova_android_gradle_distribution_url=. /gradle-2.2.1-all.zip
