Isometric & Volume Histogram for the Wijmo Financial chart series

There are many types of WIJMO financial charts that we will introduce. Before we introduced the average Candlestick chart (Heikin-ashi) and the brick shape, let's look at the isometric and volume histogram together. Chart #3: Isometric (Equivolume)

Isometric and candlestick charts are similar, but the variable width box (no candle core) replaces the K-line. The Open/Close component is banned by the isometric wireframe containing the high and low price components, and the wireframe width becomes the third identifier: volume. The following example represents the total transaction volume for a day. The color indicates whether the closing price is higher or lower than the previous close.

In the example below, you can see where the stock price is on the rise, where it fell, and in October from 29 to 30th, there was a lot of stock trading after the stock price fell sharply.

The volume histogram is often used as the second supporting chart in isometric graphs and other charts. Similar to isometric graphs, the volume is expressed as the width of the column. Unlike isometric charts, it is more of a bar graph than a candlestick chart.

In the example below, the column width (for example, the turnover in a day) simply shows that the October turnover is much greater than in November, and we can see the corresponding data analysis above the isometric chart.
