4. Continuous management (Continuity Management): Provide IT services and recover in a controlled manner when problems arise in the IT system, with minimal disruption to the customer's business.

5. Financial management (Financial Management): Determine the cost accounting of IT services, set up a budget, supervise the implementation of the budget, and charge fees based on the services provided.

6. Event Management (Incident Management): Identify sporadic events.
