Solutions

First, make sure your password is not right. If it's true:
All Programs, Microsoft SQL Server 2005-config tool->sql Server configuration Manager
Select: SQL Server 2005 Network configuration, then select: MSSQLSERVER protocol, then right-click TCP/IP, then right click TCP/IP, select Properties, select IP address, "enabled" under IP1, select "Yes" ... And then restart the service .......... over!
