Then, during the interview, the interviewer said that the company was using the "996" model, that is, 9 hours in the morning, work at 9 o'clock in the evening, six days a week, then I was surprised, perhaps the interviewer was aware of my attitude, the interview process has become more rapid. So if you want to work in a company, you have to know the nature, size, culture and treatment of this company. It is impossible to say that will be done. After all, the first job is to be cautious.

- Looking for a job, in essence, is the relationship between hiring and being employed, and the company wants you to enter the company and work directly to create profits, especially for small companies. Company or business is not a school, the school wants you to grow up, learn knowledge. But in the enterprise it is to directly generate profits, demand is your ability and experience, rather than your learning experience or learning ability.
