Java Web App under Tomcat servlet API packet conflict problem

Under Tomcat 7.0.59, Java played a war package that relied on the Service API's package, and then Tomcat started to report the following error, causing the application to fail to start and not be accessible.

Check the application of the Pom dependency, the following dependencies will be removed.
