How to use the Chinese package: Find the Tessdata installation directory (my Local: C:\Program Files (x86) \tesseract-ocr\tessdata), replace Eng.traineddata with Chi_sim.traineddata , and rename the Chi_sim.traineddata to Eng.traineddata
