I'm using the mysql7.5 version of the test, Jira is 6.3.6! This is the issue caused by the version!

replace the MySQL driver pack https://github.com/yurii-github/mysql-connector-j/blob/release/5.1/ Mysql-connector-java-5.1.38-snapshot-bin.jar

　　　　　　　　

get Mysql-connector-java-5.1.38-snapshot-bin!!! Replace the MySQL driver pack in jira\ lib on the server!
