Options that begin with-X are non-standard (not guaranteed to be supported on all VM implementations), and are subject to change without notice in subsequent releases of the JDK.
Non-standard options starting with-X (cannot be guaranteed to be supported by all JVM implementations). Changes to JDK later versions will not be notified.

Options that are specified with-XX are not stable and are not recommended for casual use. These options are subject to change without notice.
The-XX option is unstable and is not recommended for use at will. Future changes to these options will not be announced.
