1. Enter the command uname-r to view your kernel information.
2. Download Linux-kbuild, Link: (http://http.kali.org/kali/pool/main/l/linux-tools/) specific version see your own kernel information;
3. Install linux-kbuild;
Dkpg-i Linux-kbuild-4.3_4.3.1-2kali1_amd64.deb

4. Download the Linux-header-common and host version corresponding to the Linux-header. Links (http://http.kali.org/kali/pool/main/l/linux/), specific versions see their own kernel information
5. First install the Linux-header-common
Dkpg-i Linux-headers-4.3.0-kali1-common_4.3.3-5kali4_amd64.deb(This is my kernel version, whichever is my own)
6. Final installation of Linux-header
Dkpg-i Linux-headers-4.3.0-kali1-amd64_4.3.3-5kali4_amd64.deb(This is my kernel version, whichever is my own)
7. after completing the above steps, enter the command dkms install virtualbox/5.0.24 (followed by the number is my VirtualBox version , whichever is my own), Allows the VirtualBox to run in the dkms kernel.
8. Enter the command modprobe vboxdrv, load the module into the kernel to run, and then try to open the VirtualBox, the problem is resolved.
