Laptop sound card not working properly

When the notebook computer is in use, the sound card suddenly appears the problem, does not work properly. This can be done by trying the following:

1. Check the volume of the computer, set the adjusted volume is normal, there is no volume set to mute.

2. Check the sound card driver installation is normal, whether it is the latest driver, the necessary time to reinstall.

3. Use the Audio test procedure to test the computer.

4. Check the computer speakers, microphone connectors are connected to the normal, there is no damage.
