In the new version of PS, you can select the artboard in the new document type, so there are a variety of screen size canvas in the artboard to filter. Also in the Layers panel, click on the small icon on the top right, the Drop-down option appears, select "New Artboard" in the option. An already built artboard, you can resize it manually. Select the artboard and go to the artboard tool to adjust the size of the artboard box arbitrarily. Use the same method as the freeform tool.
