Latex table text is too long to wrap automatically

Method 1:

\begin{tabular}{m{5cm}}

Method 2:

\begin{tabular}{p{0.9\columnwidth}}

Method 3: multirow macro package

\multirow{nrows}[bigstructs]{width}[fixup]{text}

1. Nrows sets the number of rows occupied.

2. Bigstructs is optional, mainly used when you use the bigstruct macro package.
3. Width: Set the text width of the column. If you want latex to determine the text width, use.
4. Fixup: Optional. It is mainly used to adjust the vertical position of the text.
5. Text. Use \ to force line feed.

Method 4:

/newcommand{/tabincell}[2]{/begin{tabular}{@{}#1@{}}#2/end{tabular}}

Then use &/tabincell {C }{} & to automatically wrap the line in the table.
