LCD LCD Monitor:

Visual angle: Most of the light is from the screen perpendicular to the shooting, so from the point of view of the liquid crystal, you can not see the original color, and even can only see all white or All black. To this end, manufacturers have also begun to develop wide-angle technology, such as: Tn+film, IPS (in-plane-switching), MVA (multi-domainvertical AlignMENT) and so on.
Pitch: The distance between adjacent pixel points on the screen. If the typical 14-inch LCD has a viewable area of 285.7mmx214.3mm and a maximum resolution of 1024x768, then the point distance is equal to: 285.7mm/1024=0.279mm (or 214.3mm/768=0.279mm).

LED Display:
The strict sense of the LED display, is directly LED (light emitting diode) to form an array, led directly as a pixel light emitting element, emitting red, green, blue three-color light, and then form a color screen, such as traffic lights, outdoor large screen.
What we call the LED display, the exact term should be "LED Backlight LCD display", its principle is only the traditional LCD display backlight from the CCFL cold light tube transformed into LED (light emitting diode) only.
So far, the advantages of LED backlight display are more in the theoretical stage, the display effect is not as prominent as propaganda. The main advantages are: Energy saving, ultra-thin, light leakage control is better. Such as:



OLED display:
OLED (Organic light-emittingdiode), literal translation comes from "Organic light Emitting diode" or "organic light emitting display". Monochrome, multicolor, color OLED devices have reached the level of mass production, large-size full-color devices are still in the development phase.
OLED is led by the electric current driving the organic film itself to light, OLED can be thinner, the thinnest panel is only 0.1 mm, and the use of different materials, but also can be made into arbitrary curved shape. Such as:



Plasma Display:
Plasma display is also a flat screen display, but different from the LCD, LED, plasma display screen is self-luminous, rather than rely on backlight.
The principle is to inject inert gas or mercury vapor in the vacuum glass tube, add the voltage, so that the gas produces plasma effect, emits ultraviolet light, excitation phosphor and produce visible light, using the length of excitation time to produce different brightness. In the display, each pixel is produced by three different colors (three primary colors) of the plasma light emitting body. Because each pixel has its own independent luminous body, it is particularly clear and distinct.
Because of its technical characteristics, plasma display brightness can be achieved very high, can display more colors, no perspective problems, high contrast, can produce a large area of the display, especially suitable for watching movies. But the plasma display screen for a long time will have a residual shadow, with the use of time brightness will decline, plasma heat is also larger.
