Lenovo G470 Boot error failed to enter the system

Failure phenomena:

Lenovo G470 boot screen black screen or blue screen error, unable to enter the system normally.

Solution:

Phenomenon one: After the boot, screen card on the black background screen, there is a white error message

1. First check the screen error information, such as Error s.m.a.r.t (as shown below), please try to back up your own data, this error is hard disk damage or abnormal, we suggest you go to Lenovo after-Sales service center to detect hard disk.

2. If not the scheme (1) of the black screen error, please unplug all external devices (including external mouse, external keyboard, external network card, external wireless network card, USB flash drive, CD-ROM, mobile hard disk, etc.), and then restart the rapid tapping F2 into the BIOS interface (as shown below), press F9 after the pop-up window selection " YES option Press ENTER to confirm, press F10 to pop-up window select "YES" option press ENTER to confirm save, at this time the notebook computer will reboot to see if it can enter the system normally.

2. Please restart the quick Tap F2 enter the BIOS interface to change the configuration of the SATA controller mode to AHCI (as shown below), if the BIOS is already this option (that is, it is already AHCI), Then change to another option compatible, and then press the F10 button, select "Yes" press ENTER to save, at this time the notebook will restart to see if there is a blue screen error, if not error, select the screen above the "normal start" can be normal use.

If the blue screen error code is not the solution (1) error message, please restart the computer, the restart after the rapid tapping F8 key until the system menu (as shown below), select the last Known Good Configuration login to see if the normal use, if you can enter the system can normally be used.

If the scheme (2) is not valid, please restart the F8 key after restarting again until the system menu (pictured above) appears, click Safe Mode, enter Safe mode, double-click the Control Panel---Uninstall the program (pictured), uninstall the latest software, and then restart the test.
