Lenovo G470 boot screen black screen or blue screen error, unable to enter the system normal.
Solution:
Phenomenon one: After the boot, screen card in the black background screen, there are white error information
1. First look at the screen error information, such as the error s.m.a.r.t (as shown below), please try to back up their data, this error more for hard disk damage or abnormal, suggest you to Lenovo After-sales Service center to detect hard drives.
After the boot, screen card in the blue background screen, there are white error information
1. First look at the screen error information, such as the error code: 0X0000007B
2. Please restart the non-stop quick tapping F2 Enter the BIOS interface to change the value of SATA controller mode under Configuration to AHCI (as shown below), if the BIOS is already in this option (that is, it is already AHCI), Then change to another option compatible, and then press the F10 button, select "Yes" press ENTER to save, the notebook will be restarted to see whether the blue screen error, if not the error, select the screen above the "normal start" can be used normally.
If the blue screen error code is not a scheme (1) of the error information, please restart the computer, restart and constantly hit the F8 key until the system menu (pictured below), select the last correct configuration login to see if the normal use, if you can enter the normal use of the system can normally.
If the scheme (2) is invalid, please restart the F8 key until the system menu (as shown above) is clicked, click Safe Mode, enter Safe mode, double-click the Control Panel---Uninstall program (pictured), uninstall the recently installed software, and then restart the test.
