LibreOffice 5.3 is coming soon!

Guide LibreOffice, a developer of open-source free office software, said today that version 5.3 of LibreOffice office suite is about to enter the development stage and plans to enter the pest removal stage in the next two weeks. LibreOffice will release the first Alpha prerelease version of LibreOffice October 17 in the week of November 5.3. It will enter the stage of pest removal in December October 21. At that time, LibreOffice developers and hackers will test the LibreOffice 5.3 Alpha version, try to find and solve as many errors as possible.

In addition to the Alpha version, the LibreOffice5.3 Beta1 version will be available later this year after the first pest removal conference in December October. It will be available for public beta in December November 21, and Beta2 may be available for Public Beta in December 7. After that, the development cycle of LibreOffice 5.3 will enter the stage of candidate release (RC). The first RC version is scheduled to be released around the Christmas Day of 2016, and LibreOffice 5.3 RC2 should be launched around January 9, the third RC will be launched in January 23, 2017.

The LibreOffice 5.3 development cycle will end at the end of January. The final version may be released in February 1, including Linux, MacOS, and Windows.
