License causes desktop to automatically shutdown problems

I've been studying desktop virtualization lately, and I've had a problem yesterday and felt the need to share it.

After deployment is complete, a problem is found:

Desktop Deployment Environment:

Citrix XenDesktop 5.5

Vmware vsphere 5

Problem:

After the user clicked the desktop, also appeared the landing interface, but did not log on to the desktop, a flash disappeared.

Workaround:

First Step: Error log

Sure enough, in the error log, we found the cause of the error:

Prompt license is not available, causing session to close automatically.

Step Two: Add license
