Q Key: Exit man Manual

B Key: Turn up one screen

SPACEBAR: Turn down one screen

D key: Flip down half screen (or ctrl+d)

U key: Flip up half screen (or ctrl+u)

G Key: Jump to end of file

1G: Skip to the top of the file

50g/ng: Jumps to the corresponding 50 or n rows

The man manual also supports the Find feature:

/keyword: From the current cursor line, to the end of the file lookup (keyword is the keyword to find)

Keyword: Starting at the current line of the cursor, looking at the top of the file

N Key: Next match in the same direction as the current find command

N Key: Previous match in the same direction as the current find command
