Linux Mint (Ubuntu) runs the wine software on Deepin

We know that on Linux, Deepin do a lot of wine applications, but there is no such treatment on other Linux distributions, let me show you how to run Deepin's wine application on the Linux distribution of Debian.

The Linux distribution I use is Linux mint17.3, other Linux distributions please self-test

We know that Deepin's wine application is based on crossover, but I've tried porting to playonlinux with little or no problem, but considering the installation is a hassle or using crossover.

Later I will write a porting to Playonlinux tutorial, after all Playonlinux is free.

If support crossover friend please purchase genuine.

There may be some problems with the use of the Deepin desktop environment because of the differences, so this is not a perfect solution.

1. Installing crossover

Simple porting Deepin applies to other Linux distributions:

Because it is a deepin package, there will inevitably be some dependency problems, we just need to remove these dependencies can be installed. So we need to make changes to the package. But because of dependencies, some software does not work perfectly.

1. Installing dpkg

This package is estimated to have been installed

If not installed, can be installed by command or new

sudo Install dpkg

2. Modify Deepin's Wine package

A. Get Deepin's wine package, which can be obtained via the URL. (Please select the package in which wine is available, others may be other packages under Deepin)

B. Select a working directory (just a single folder) and put the wine package in, for example, the package name is Wine.deb

C. Create a package directory

Open terminal (or direct CD to this working directory) under this working directory to run

mkdir -P Extract/debian

D. Extract the Wine package

Dpkg-deb-x wine.deb extract/dpkg-deb-e wine.deb Extract/debian

E. Removing dependencies

Open Extract/debian/control, find depends: behind only left crossover can

F. Re-packaging

Create a Package build directory

mkdir Build

RePack as Deb

Dpkg-deb-b extract/build/

G. Installation

In the build directory, you will see the newly generated wine package, which can be installed.

You will then see this container in the crossover and run the software inside to
