First of all, need to have a win system machine to do NTP server, which requires a software to provide NTP services, I use the Meinberg NTP tool, can go to http://www.meinberg.de/english/sw/index.htm to download.

The NTP service will be completed and started in the next step of the installation process, but it will need to be set up.

Open the settings file through the start-All Programs-meinberg-network time Protocol-edit NTP Configuration.

The inside of the #server 127.127.1.0 and #fudge 127.127.1.0 stratum 122 lines to remove the front of the "#", then the stratum after 12 to 10, save.

Restart the NTP service.
