Lrzsz:

Rz,sz is a command-line tool that Linux/unix Zmodem file transfers with Windows.
The advantage is that you don't have to open an SFTP tool to log in to upload the downloaded file.

SZ (download): Send the selected file (send) to the local machine
RZ (upload): Run this command will pop up a file Selection window, from the local selection of files uploaded to the Linux server

Install command: Yum install Lrzsz

Sending files from the server to the client: SZ filename

Upload files from client to server: RZ Select a file in the popup box, the user and group that uploaded the file are the currently logged in user

SECURECRT Set Default path: Options--Terminal, Xmodem/zmodem->directories

Xshell Set Default path: Right-click Session, Properties---ZMODEM Receive folder
